Placing an order, asking for an estimate, paying for an order, you name it.
You'll never get any annoying hold music and if you have to be transferred to someone else, that takes about 20 seconds.

Unlike some companies, we actually enjoy the interaction with our customers. It gives things a more personal touch, and it makes YOU feel better to talk to a real person. I know when I get to talk to someone I feel much better. When I'm forced to leave a message, I'll call back in about 2 hours if I haven't heard anything.
