Here is a pic we put together with a new iPhone of our redesigned printing studio. The image isn't the best and we're going to get some better shots in a few weeks but we thought it would be nice to share our creative space with you guys. The matte finished business card took a back seat to the super high gloss of UV coating in the early 2000's. It's back in style now! These classic styled full color business cards are printed on a high quality 14 point matte/dull coated card stock. The smooth matte finished stock allows the ink to soak into the card stock causing a reduction in smudges and finger prints, but not limiting the sharpness of the reproduction. This card will make your first impression a memorable one.

Metal business cards too intense for you but paper just isn't thick enough? Well then, I believe we have the solution! Presenting full color plastic business cards! That's right PLASTIC! The pictured cards are 30MIL, about the thickness of a credit card and just damn nice looking. You can also get these with foil stamping on them if you so choose.

Here's a fun little item Chris brought back from Europe. It's a fairly standard business card. Linen stock with silver foil stamping, BUT it's a slightly different size than an American business card. Where as a business card in the United States and Canada would be 3.5"x2" a business card in say, The UK would be 3.346 × 2.165. It's not a HUGE difference but it's enough to notice.

This is a really slick looking business card too. The silver and brown colours compliment each other quite nicely. It smells like chocolate too! Sadly though, that just has to do with the card being packed in Chris's bag with some chocolate bars or something. How great would that be though?! Scented business cards! NICE!

Today we're going to talk about embossed foil stamped business cards. Well we're not really going to talk about it, I'm just going to post pictures of a card we recently did that has gold foil embossing on a super glossy business card. Pretty slick looking business cards.

Featured in the photos is a temporary card the customer ordered from us with a foil effect reproduced in flat ink. It gives the illusion of foil at a fraction of the price.

When there's a strict budget to be met you can always pick some options like that. You could even go for the full color foil process or the metallics unlimited as well

How many plastic business cards have you gotten? Probably not many. Most people associate plastic cards with credit cards or gift cards. That's not an incorrect assumption at all. Most plastic cards ARE those things, but who says you can't have a business card. It's pretty memorable if you ask me. You can pull off some pretty cool effects too.
Like the cards below. Crystal clear plastic. How neat! One of the cards below is printed in 2 colors with foil stamping on it, and the other is just a simple 3 color printing. Both really killer business cards.
The plastics can be done in a opaque color, frosted, or the crystal clear and you can have up to 4 color printing on them. The clear cards are fun because you can have half opaque and half transparent, or smaller sections of both. It's really up to you.
